The process of cultivating Lumbricus rubells and manufacturing Lumbrokinase

The cultivation of Lumbricus rubells
Raising Lumbricus rubells from larvae to imagoes takes four months.
Miyazaki has mild weather and fresh air, and there is plenty of safe organic feed such as distilled liquor lees. Therefore, Lumbricus rubells are cultivated primarily in Miyazaki.
The culturing facility for Lumbricus
rubells is in Miyazaki, the southern
part of Japan.
Inside the facility, carefully screened feed is mixed.

Lumbricus rubells under culturing
It takes 4 month to grow up from larvae into imagoes.
A significant number of Lumbricus rubells live in the fertile field.
There is a research facility to study the best feed and the highest quality cultivation method considering regularly stabilized quality.
Lumbricus rubells imagoes are collected and kept in purifying sand that contains a special element to flush out impurities, mud, and other such negative particles from inside the Lumbricus rubells. Then, the imagoes are washed with purified water.
The skin and internal organs of the Lumbricus rubells are removed through a special method.

Purified internal organs are rapidly frozen at minus 60 degrees in a special dryer.
Then, the temperature is raised to 80 degrees and the purified internal organs are dried in a vacuum for 48 hours. Next, the organs are turned into fine powder.
The fine powder of Lumbricus rubells (LR freeze-dried powder) is transported to the main factory of Waki Pharmaceutical Company in Nara.
LR freeze-dried powder is examined making full use of the latest examining equipment.

The sample LR freeze-dried powder for testing is kept until the expiration date of the products.

LR freeze-dried powder and other ingredients are mixed and added to products for market in both capsule and tablet form.
