Table 3 shows the results of amino-acid analysis of crude protein in Lumbricus
rubellus freeze-dried powder, fish meal and soybean powder. The fish meal
and soybean powder are protein foods.

| These results show that Lumbricus rubellus freeze-dried powder is rich
in crude protein, crude lipid, and various trace metals. Also, the results
show that a high proportion of essential amino-acids is contained in the
amino-acid composition of the crude protein. |
